Our client, one of the UK’s most respected privately owned Construction Companies has an unrivalled portfolio of work in Social Housing, Regeneration, Housing PFI and Property Development.
They are urgently seeking Resident Liaison Officers for large developments in Barnet & Islington
Working in partnership with Barnet Homes and the Borough of Islington, they are refurbishing social housing in the Barnet, Finchley and Islington areas over the next 5 years. We are looking to recruit Resident Liaison Officers to join the team to ensure that all resident needs are considered and adequately provided for during the work.
In addition, they ensure that residents are happy with the work and our client`s service and that they achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. RLO’s are a vital member of a site team, working ahead to secure appointments and overcome any access difficulties ahead of work starting.
A majority of the RLO’s working day is spent out and about, visiting residents and you may be required to work outside of normal working hours on occasion, to fulfil the role.
Suitable candidates must be customer focussed, have excellent communication skills and the ability to put someone at ease in their presence. You will need to demonstrate good organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Ideally you will have previous RLO experience. A full clean driving licence will be essential, as will IT competency.
